This video documents how Multnomah County Health Department established a medical care point during their participation in the 2007 4th National Top Officials Exercise (TOPOFF 4), an exercise which involved a radiological dispersion in Oregon. The video demonstrates how to establish the different services victims can receive at a medical care point, including radiation survey, decontamination, triage, mental health screening, victim registry and medical care.
