This video documents how Multnomah County Health Department established a rapid screening point during their participation in the 2007 4th National Top Officials Exercise (TOPOFF 4), an exercise which involved a radiological dispersion in Oregon. The video documents the set-up and operation of a rapid screening point expected to screen 500 people per hour for radiation exposure and mental health concerns. The rapid screening point documented by this video establishes radiation survey for gamma, alpha, and beta radiation, decontamination, patient registry, and patient referral stations.
