National Public Health Information Coalition (NPHIC) is an organization of state, local, territorial and tribal Public Health Communicators. Established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) 31 years ago, we improve public health by sharing information, communication techniques and resources. We make public health public! Our more than 400 members mostly work as public health communicators in state, local or federal agencies. One of our greatest strengths is NPHIC represents the needs of state and local public health communicators who are on the front lines communicating important radiation readiness public health information to the news media, public health partners, the public, government officials and other key stakeholders.
